Question:	How can I view your various types of wearables? Does your site have an on-line catalog, or can I get a printed catalog?
Answer:	We have a variety of golf shirts, denim shirts, button down shirts, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, cardigans, jackets, vests, jerseys, golf towels, etc. All of which can be viewed on-line at our On-Line Catalog. You can also request a printed catalog by sending an email to david@123-logos.com.

Question:	What are the benefits of using 123 Logos, Inc. versus a local company?
Answer:	We make it extremely easy for you. Through the use of email, faxes, phone conversations, and Federal Express we help you make the choices that will best suit your needs.

Question:	Other embroiderers don’t have any type of guarantee on their embroidery work, how can your company guarantee the embroidery work?
Answer:	We use only the absolute best custom German thread available in the world. It is far superior to other available threads. The thread costs a bit more, but that becomes irrelevant when your design looks as good after 365 Days as it did on Day One. Just wait and see the difference!

Question:	How many years experience does 123 Logos, Inc. have?
Answer:	We have a collective 90+ years experience in embroidering apparel and have been in business since 1995.

Question:	Do you offer screen-printing or silk-screening? What about Advertising Specialty promotional products such as imprinted magnets, calculators, mugs, stuffed animals, etc.?
Answer:	Yes and Yes. You will get the cleanest, sharpest screen-printing or silk-screening you’ve ever seen because we have over 55 years of collective experience in the field. We not only offer many ad specialties/promotional products but a large collection of innovative items is also available. We’ve had clients’ state that they have as much as a 10:1 return on investment through increased business with current and new customers when using our recommended promotional products. The stock market can’t return that kind of yield!!

Question:	I haven’t been completely satisfied with other imprinted products companies in the past. My orders are either delivered late, the quality is poor, their customer service is horrible, or all of the above. Question:	Sometimes I’ve waited weeks to receive my order from other embroidery companies. How can I be sure that I will get my order when you promise it?

Question:	What is your average turn-around time?
Answer:	Creating a new embroidered design usually takes about three business days. After your logo/design has been created (or digitized), the production takes an average of 9 business days. Repeat orders usually take 6 to 8 business days. The same is true for screen-printed orders. Remember, your order will be shipped out on time or your order is FREE! Ad Specialty orders take a bit longer – anywhere from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the item(s) you order. When you place your order, we will give you your delivery date, so you’ll know when to expect it.

Question:	Okay, this is my first time ordering, where do I start?
Answer:	There are 3 easy ways to order . . . FAX your P.O. to 208-623-2220, or Call me at 208-623-2220 or toll-free 1-888-640-0122, or Email your order and logo design to david@123-logos.com. When faxing or emailing us, please include your contact number, your name and the best time to reach you. Usually a Client Care Professional will call you the same day to discuss your options, colors, size of logo and total costs with you.

Question:	Your company is not local, wouldn’t it be easier for me to get my imprinted products from a company close by?
Answer:	Not by a long shot. We make it extremely easy for you to see how your design will look via email, FedEx, or fax. If you need to see apparel samples, we will gladly FedEx you samples... free of charge. Also, your completed, prepaid apparel order will be shipped to you via FedEx (UPS), FREE. As you may know, most local companies ask you to pick up your order, and that can be a problem (hassle).

Question:	If I’m not happy with my order, what should I do? Will it be difficult to get the problems resolved?
Answer:	You are protected by our “no risk” 365-day Satisfaction Guarantee If for ANY reason you’re not delighted with your order, we'll redo it absolutely FREE. We believe the risk should be ours, not yours.
