What is your average turn-around time?

Creating a new embroidered design usually takes about three business days. After your logo/design has been created (or digitized), the production takes an average of 9 business days. Repeat orders usually take 6 to 8 business days. The same is true for screen-printed orders. Remember, your order will be shipped out
on time or your order is FREE!
Ad Specialty orders take a bit longer – anywhere from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the item(s) you order. When you place your order, we will give you your delivery date, so you’ll know when to expect it.

When faxing or emailing us, please include your contact number, your name and the best time to reach you. Usually a Client Care Professional will call you the same day to discuss your options, colors, size of logo and total costs with you.

Your company is not local, wouldn’t it be easier for me to get my
imprinted products from a company close by?

Not by a long shot. We make it extremely easy for you to see how your design
will look via email, FedEx, or fax. If you need to see apparel samples, we
will gladly FedEx you samples... free of charge. Also, your completed, prepaid apparel order will be shipped to you via FedEx (UPS), FREE. As you may know, most local companies ask you to pick up your order, and that can be a problem (hassle).

If I’m not happy with my order, what should I do? Will it be difficult to get the problems resolved?
